With 26 years of consulting experience in the investment management industry, both in South Africa and internationally, Bevan has managed several system selection and implementation projects. At Innovise Bevan is responsible for business and partnership development. His past experience includes acting as Head of Quantitative Analytics and Portfolio Manager of the Index Tracker Funds at STANLIB.

Areas of Expertise 

For over 11 years Ruven has been gaining experience in the Financial industry focusing mainly on Investment Administration and Finance. Ruven is a Multi-faceted Business Analyst and has experience working on multiple system implementations, enhancements, business process improvements and Data Warehousing & Reporting  throughout his lustrous career. Prior to joining Innovise, his career progressed from front-office positions in Finance, Accounting and Asset Management to Business Analyst, Senior Consultant and now Director.

Areas of Expertise

With over 14 years’ experience in the investment management industry, and a strong background in Investment Administration Suzette brings extensive knowledge of operational processes and systems to the management team. Prior to joining Innovise, Suzette formed part of the Business and Technology Solutions team of Momentum Multiply as a Business Solutions Architect. Suzette also fulfilled various roles in Institutional Operations in areas such as Data and Valuations, Corporate Actions and Client Reporting

Areas of Expertise

As a director of Innovise, David has been responsible for the implementation and global roll-out of the Algo Collateral Operations solution at Standard Bank, the Barclays Capital, collateral management system at ABSA Capital, Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) implementations at STANLIB, ABSA Capital and ABSA Asset Management. Prior to joining Innovise David was a front-office systems support analyst at STANLIB.

John joined Innovise in 2018 and has since played a key role in multiple system evaluation and implementation projects at various clients.

Prior to joining Innovise, John spent seven years in the role of Head of Investment Administration at Aluwani and Momentum.
John spent eighteen years with the Sanlam Group holding several senior operational and financial positions of which six, were spent in Ireland for Sanlam Asset Management. During this time he was exposed to various system and vendor implementations and appointments as well as successfully managing the international investment operations function for Sanlam.

Charmain has over 16 years of experience in the financial industry. She has a keen understanding of operational investment management functions in the Asset Management industry, and is able to articulate and implement requirements received from business users with ease. Charmain has strong technical skills which is complimented with the business knowledge she has gained over her years she spent in the industry. She is proficient in the following programming Languages: Visual Basics .NET, Delphi, Sybase, Natural, SOL Server, NetMap, Dreamweaver, Pastel, version 6

With over 12 years in the industry, Vuyo has proven to be a versatile resource over the years with a balanced technical and operational understanding of the Asset Management industry while he still strives to learn more. Vuyo also spent some time at Multichoice where he performed duties as an Integration Specialist in the payments space. After that Vuyo re-joined the Financial industry and has been instrumental in the Middleware space developing and supporting platforms like Unix , SQL, Biztalk 2006 R2 & 2010, Linx & Stadium (by Digiata), Visual Studio, XML, C#, VB 6.0, VB.Net, ASP. Net, and Microsoft SSIS.

Chevonn has just completed her BCom Business Informatics with a strong focus on analysis and financial reporting and practical experience with Visual Programming and Database development.
She possesses excellent communication skills, a highly analytical approach, attention to detail, and a keen sense of teamwork.

Areas of Expertise

Prior to joining Innovise as a Consultant, Lauren was a pricing and valuations administrator performing various roles including data processing, performing data analysis on external administrators/Asset Managers data received. Lauren was instrumental in the implementation of Salesforce at STANLIB and has spent a lot of time in the Data and Valuations space in a project capacity. Lauren continues to grow and excel under the mentorship of senior staff at Innovise.

Asif has come on board at Innovise as a certified Business Analyst, bringing with him over 20 years of asset management industry experience from his diverse roles at STANLIB. As a skilled leader and mentor, Asif developed high-performing teams at STANLIB, collaborating with executives across various functions.
His areas of specialization include business analysis, project management, system migrations data analysis, Agile transformations, and team leadership.

Asif is an inquisitive and self-managed person with very good communication skills and a passion for relationship building and teamwork.

Areas of Expertise

Natalie joined the Financial Industry in 2008 as a HiPortfolio System Administrator at Nedbank, after which she joined STANLIB as a Charles River and HiPortfolio Systems Analyst in the Institutional Support Team. Natalie spent 5 years within this team fulfilling various support functions and being part of upgrades and enhancements. Natalie spent a couple of years as a business analyst after which she moved into Compliance as a Compliance system analyst. Natalie joined Innovise in 2022 as a systems analyst.
